- Contractors register on the platform at ReStaff's invitation and accept the offer. ReStaff handles onboarding and all further communication.

The client company signs one agreement with ReStaff, which acts as the master contractor. ReStaff then signs individual contracts with each contractor. The client simply assigns tasks to their distributed team and accepts completed work. ReStaff pays contractors directly and ensures all necessary documentation is provided on time.
Cross-border bank payments carry high friction, risk, and complexity. Banks also don't handle proper documentation with contractors. ReStaff automates document management, payment control, and compliance — so you don't have to.

The client dashboard tracks every assigned task, which contractor completed it, and stores all completion acts between ReStaff and the client. Contractors see their completed services and payment statuses in their own dashboard.
Contractors submit all required data during registration simply by uploading photos of their documents and entering their bank card or account details to receive payments.
The client simply does not accept the work on the platform. ReStaff does not accept the delivery from the contractor, and the contractor does not receive payment.
