The rules of the «Expo promo code Discount» promotion.
1. Период проведения Акции.
1.1. В период с 08.09.2025 и по 30.09.2025 включительно проводится рекламная акция “Скидка по промокоду Экспо” (далее - “Акция”).
1.2. Акция начинается (по московскому времени) в 08:00 08.09.2025 г., а завершается в 23:59 30.09.2025 г.
1.3. Акция может быть закончена досрочно по решению Организатора.
1.4. Для принятия участия в Акции Участник должен соответствовать требованиям и выполнить условия, указанные в разделе 2 настоящих Правил.
2. Условия участия в Акции.
2.1. К участию в акции могут быть допущены только юридические лица (далее - “Участники”). При этом не имеет значение организационно-правовая форма и место регистрации такого лица. Участником может быть юридическое лицо, ранее не имеющая отношений с Организатором или с Партнером.
2.2. Для участия в Акции представитель Участника должен сообщить промо-код «Экспо» при обращении через сайт restaff.work или по телефону +7 (495) 145-35-27.
2.3. В срок до завершения действия Акции, указанного в п. 1.2 настоящих Правил, Участник должен заключить договор с Организатором или с Партнером, а также завершить задание (то есть произвести хотя бы один платеж в счет выполнения работы или оказания услуги). Перечисление авансовых платежей (без завершения задания) не являются надлежащим условием соблюдения требований настоящих Правил.
3. Правила применения скидки.
3.1. При выполнении условий участия в Акции, Участник имеет право получить скидку при сотрудничестве с Организатором (или с Партнером) в размере 0,5 % от действующей тарификации.
3.2. Скидка применяется с даты заключения договора и действует до 31.12.2025 года.
3.3. Количество предоставляемых скидок не ограничено и не зависит от количества участвующих в Акции лиц (Участников).
3.4. В случае, если Участник не выполнит все условия, или не будет отвечать всем требованиям, указанным в разделе 2 настоящих Правил, такой Участник не получает скидку и не участвует в Акции.

Before the end of the Promotion specified in clause 1.2 of these Rules, the Participant must conclude an agreement with the Organizer or with a Partner, as well as complete the task (that is, make at least one payment for the performance of work or the provision of services). The transfer of advance payments (without completing the assignment) is not an appropriate condition for compliance with the requirements of these Rules.

3.4. If the Participant does not fulfill all the conditions or does not meet all the requirements specified in Section 2 of these Rules, such Participant does not receive a discount and does not participate in the Promotion.
